Happy Halloween

We are undecided on the Halloween Costume...which do you think? Green Bay Packer or Ralph Lauren Model? Well we are safe and sound in Moscow with 2 sick boys and 1 exhausted new mama. Despite the runny noses, Mike and Bradyn are getting in lots of playtime! As a matter of fact, we all woke up at 2:00am this morning and didn't nap until 4:00pm...yes jetlag is tough on a little 16 month old, for that matter it is tough on us all. We were starving as we waited for the restaurant to open for room service. Brady had a lot of snacks while waiting and that didn't prevent him from eating all his breakfast. He can't seem to get enough food...it feels as though he has been eating all day!! We were able to see red square this morning, although it was fast because it was windy and cold. What amazing architecture! We headed over to the US Embassy to do the paperwork there and we were told that he is officially a member of our family. There were a lot of families there waiting to do the same. I even ran into an email friend and finally got to meet her! It's a small world after all! Now for bragging time...he is so smart... already learning and saying papa and mama appropriately. He gets his own bib on, as well as telling us when he is hungry (all the time). He even cleans up proudly on his own...we've never asked him to clean up. The plane ride went very well! He was sound asleep during take off and landing and endured the 9 hour flight across 7 time zones. Now only 3 more flights on Sunday and we will be home Sunday evening SLC time. We love Russia but look forward to being home!

I can't believe Shelia beat me to the comment section, Kevin & I have literally been checking your blog all day, just knowing the next time it'd be there ;-)
We too are excited for you to get home, the pictures are adorable, I can't decide, but knowing little boys as I do, he'll probably wear both before the day is over anyhow.
Love ya, see ya Sunday.....
We'll keep you in our prayers for a safe flight.

So excited to see new photos of Bradyn. Love the Green Bay and Ralph Lauren outfits. I think he can be both for Halloween. Model by day, Packer by night :o)

Glad to hear that you will be heading home on Sunday. I know how ready you must be!! Believe it or not, you will miss Russia once you've been home a few months. I never thought I'd say that, but it is true. Luckily, you can relive your memories through other families traveling.

Safe travels home.

What a handsome little packer fan. (Now, that is a nice comment coming from your MN friend. :))

Did you get use the "play room" at the embassy? I actually liked the some of the toys they had.

Soon you will be on a plane and on your way to life as you will now know it.

HUGS!
